How can I order the products?

Our products can be ordered easily and conveniently via our website. Select the items you want, put them in your shopping cart and follow the ordering process.

I received the wrong item, what now?

We are very sorry about this. Please send us an email to hello @ayari-longevity.de and include your order number so that we can resolve this issue quickly.

I haven't received an order confirmation, what now?

Please check your spam folder again. Often there is a small error in your email.

Sometimes customers forget that their PayPal is linked to an old email address. Check your PayPal email if you have not received the email linked to your order. If you still have not received an email, please contact our customer service at hello @ayari-longevity.de

When will I receive my order?

We offer fast and reliable shipping so that your nutritional supplements arrive in perfect condition. Orders are usually processed within one working day and then shipped directly. Packages within Germany usually reach our customers within 1-2 days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Should there be a delay in delivery, we would like to let you know that in very rare cases it is our fault :-) We always work to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Does AYARI ship internationally?

Yes, AYARI ships its products internationally. Shipping abroad usually takes several days to a week, unless there are unforeseen problems with customs clearance. Internationally, we ship to Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Estonia, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Hungary and the United Kingdom. If you have any further questions about international shipping, please contact our customer service department by email at hello@ayari-longevity.com.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany costs 4.99€. Shipping is free for orders over 69€.

For international shipping, shipping is free for orders over 169 euros.

Otherwise, shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered products

Package weight - shipping costs:

up to 2 kg -9 €

2 kg - 5 kg - 15 €

5 kg - 10 kg - 19 €

10 kg - 15 kg - 22 €

15 kg - 20 kg - 24 €

20 kg - 25 kg - 29 €

over 25 kg - 33 €

The weight is calculated individually during the check-out process.

Do you offer subscriptions for your products?

Yes, we offer subscriptions so you can receive your favorite products regularly and without interruption. Subscribers also receive exclusive discounts and offers.

How do I contact customer service?

Problems with delivery?

Please send us an email to hello @ayari-longevity.de . We will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Would you like to return an item?

You ordered from us and want to return the item or it is damaged? No problem! Send us an email to hello @ayari-longevity.de and we will send you the return label.

Our return policy

You can return unopened items to us within 14 days. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. After checking the item, the purchase amount will be refunded, minus a return fee of EUR 4, via the payment method you selected. Please note that processing and refunding can take up to 7 days. What you can't send back

Please ensure that all returned items are sent back to us in their original, unused condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, unfortunately refunds are not possible for opened or unsealed products.

How long do the products last?

The best before date is located on the bottom of the product along with the batch number and production date. In general, the shelf life of the products is 2-3 years. We recommend storing all AYARI products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. For all loose powders, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator after opening.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan and gluten free. We place great importance on ensuring that our products are suitable for a wide range of dietary needs.

Can I take the products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding can mean big changes to your body, diet and beauty routine. During this time, you should speak to a trusted healthcare professional before taking any supplements, including our oral beauty products.

Many of our customers have been able to take our products while pregnant and breastfeeding, but clinical testing has only been conducted on non-pregnant women. Our formulas have been rigorously tested for quality and safety, but we recommend speaking with your doctor to determine if our products are right for you and your individual needs.

Are your products safe?

Yes, our products are manufactured under strict quality controls and are safe for daily use. They do not contain any artificial additives, colors or preservatives.
